Elmi Beach Hotel & Suites - Hersonissos (Crete)

Disappointing outdoor food options. The sea view was fine from my room.

Perfect hotel, modest rooms, the staff was polite! Gorgeous location, 30 minutes' drive from Nikos Kazantzakis airport. Excellent restaurant and outstanding meal. A wonderful way to end my vacation.

Fabulous and wonderful hotel with garden view. Spotless and very traditional room, a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets in the room. Very welcoming and really good staff, particularly good location to be by the sea. A huge variety of various drinks, such as soft drinks, red wine, wines, and beers in the bar.

Great cocktails and nice pools, but Wi-Fi was spotty at times. Very enjoyable stay.

The venue is brilliant, clean and the location is marvellous and lovely just off great bars and restaurants to choose from, city center, and the shore. Really good staff, the rooms are modest and huge. An electric kettle, fridges, and glassware are a nice touch. It has a combination of an exceptional service and a quiet ambience. Parking is nearby.

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

The mosquitoes were basically waiting for me in my room, a lovely greeting. Don't expect hot water when you need it, and for goodness sake, the safe was like something out of a museum. I almost left a good review but just couldn't with this mess.

We loved the spacious standard double room with a cozy reading corner, and the fresh daily meals with plenty of choices, especially the wide variety of fresh fruits and delicious desserts. The view of the sea during breakfast added an extra touch of enjoyment to our mornings.

Limited sunbeds available by the pool.

Comfortable room, fantastic location, with easy access to the beach just down the road and a lovely terrace in front of the restaurant offering beautiful views of the sea.

Everything was spot on.

I loved sipping cocktails by the lush, flower-filled pool area and indulging in the delicious pita at the street food spot. There are great relaxation options like the outdoor swimming pool and the spa centre for some pampering. The only downside was the limited sunbeds around the pools, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. ☀️

I appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, especially the warm reception I received upon arrival. The dining area, with its lovely view of the sea, added a good ambiance to our meals.

More accessible facilities for senior guests would help.

Spent a fabulous week at Elmi Beach Hotel & Suites with good highlights, including warm-hearted service, fabulous cocktails, and convenient beach access. Truly a nice experience!

great location but limited pool seating

The location is perfect, right by the beach and close to local shops. I enjoyed the spacious family room that offered a lovely garden view and good streaming options. The variety of food at the all-inclusive dining was excellent, with each meal providing plenty of tasty Greek dishes and desserts.

Pool seating was scarce, making it hard to find a spot during peak hours.

Generous meal portions with typical Greek dishes like gyros and moussaka offered plenty of variety each day. Multiple pools provided a pleasant choice for relaxation, though one pool was specifically for kids was great.

Room upkeep left much to be desired, with noticeable dim lighting and an outdated decor that felt lackluster. Plenty of lounging spots around the pools were taken early in the day, leading to frustration hoping for a sunny seat later on. The all-inclusive beverage selection was rather limited, with certain items requiring an extra charge, which dampened the experience. Noise from adjoining rooms certainly didn't help keep the peace at night.
